St. Nicholas Fortress
Šibenik has four fortesses, but this one is the only one on the water. It got its name from the Monastery of Saint Nicolas, which due to its construction had to be torn down. No wonder Santa moved to the North Pole. It was armed with 32 cannons, but its appearance was usually enough to scare enemies away.
