The order never watch anything on TV that is made by humans, but they do have humans who are watching what other humans are producing on TV. The order has seen a new tendency in the creation of TV shows that depict criminal behavior in a way that almost romantic and glamorizing. This is the main reason why the order has decided to allow them, but they always need to have a bad ending for the main characters.
This is a good way to keep the masses frightened and to make sure that they don’t try anything funny, but lately it seems like living the outlaw dream is worth the price of dying or ending up in jail. A lot of people don’t see it that way though and they obey the laws to avoid being in danger. Hopefully that will continue to be the case for the majority of the world.
